We look forward to meeting you! Many of our patients get to know both of us, but we each have particular interests within our profession.

We are proud to lead Droel Family Dentistry as a truly independent mom-and-pop office. As doctor/owners, we maintain high standards for ourselves and our excellent team - and we love never having to compromise our standards for any higher corporate powers.

Conscientious and Caring, with an Interest in Restorative and Preventive Dental Care

"My favorite part of being a dentist is getting to know patients over the years. We have numerous loyal patients from when we first opened in 2004, and I am honored that they still keep returning to our office!"

Dr. Natalie is an avid runner, and stays very busy on her days off volunteering at our kids' school and sports events.

In our continuing education, we spend a lot of time (far more than the state requires) pursuing advanced training in cosmetic dentistry, reconstructive dentistry, restoring dental implants to maximize esthetics, oral/systemic connections, and patient comfort.

Recent courses of study include hands-on American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry training in ceramic veneers, intensive education at the Spear Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona (TMJ disorders, tooth-colored cosmetic restorations, and complex treatment planning and sequencing), and at the Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne, Florida (Invisalign). Dr. Natalie has significant advanced training in Invisalign through her involvement with the American Academy of Clear Aligners.

Locally, we meet and collaborate regularly with some of the best dental specialists and dentists in the area through multiple study clubs, including the long-running North Oaks Spear Study Club.

Our home, in North Oaks, is very lively thanks to our two daughters and two fairly well-behaved dogs.
