Our schedule is designed to keep us running on time. This is an art, not a science, but we usually do quite well with intended start/end times. Be aware that we routinely reserve time in our schedule for new patients and emergencies, too.

Emergency care is available outside of normal office hours for patients of record. New patient emergencies are seen in our office during normal business hours, with short-notice emergency appointments almost always available during business hours (but if you need to get in, do your best to call early in the day, or things might get dicey ...) 

Our office is, basically, really really nice. There is abundant free parking. There are gigantic windows on the front. There are no stairs to worry about. We will have a place for you to hang your jacket. Almost all of our pens work. Look: You will enjoy visiting the facility, we are quite sure of it. The one thing we currently lack is a bike rack, but Dr. Andy is working on that.

We are happy to accommodate requests to see either Dr. Natalie or Dr. Andy.
